The Spektrum AR8020T Receiver is a full-range 8-channel DSM2® and DSMX® compatible receiver designed for sport, scale and giant-scale aircraft. Featuring integrated telemetry and a built-in barometer, the AR8020T delivers altitude and variometer (vario) data without the need for additional sensor modules.

Its compact footprint allows installation in a wide variety of aircraft, from parkflyers to larger models. Dual external antennas provide secure RF coverage from multiple angles, while Smart ESC compatibility enables clean, one-wire telemetry integration.

With Forward Programming capability, pilots can configure individual channel failsafe parameters directly from compatible Spektrum transmitters. A convenient bind button eliminates the need for a bind plug, although a traditional bind option is also available via the SRXL2/Bind/Program/Batt port.

When paired with a Smart ESC and telemetry-capable Spektrum DSMX transmitter, the AR8020T delivers real-time telemetry data including:

Smart Technology enables one-wire telemetry communication via the throttle port, simplifying wiring and installation.

Integrated Barometer

Installation & Redundancy

Two external antennas improve signal reliability across various orientations. An SRXL2 port allows connection of an optional SRXL2 remote receiver (sold separately) to add RF path redundancy and reduce signal fading.
