Designed for sport and advanced RC aircraft, it combines next-generation stability technology with flexible installation options thanks to its extended 230mm antenna.

With fly-by range telemetry, SmartSafe and Hold Last failsafe options, plus Forward Programming setup directly from compatible Spektrum transmitters, the AR631+ delivers powerful performance without additional programming devices.

The extra-long 230mm (approx. 9”) 2.4GHz antenna allows for more versatile installation in tight fuselages, helping isolate the antenna from batteries, ESCs and other electronics for improved reception and link quality.

AS3X+ Technology

Exclusive AS3X+® stabilisation enhances flight performance by counteracting wind, turbulence and external disturbances. The improved algorithm provides smoother, more precise handling and can be tuned quickly via Forward Programming.

SAFE® Technology

SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology works alongside AS3X+ to provide bank and pitch limits, helping prevent extreme attitudes while maintaining natural flight performance.

Smart Telemetry & Smart Throttle

When paired with a compatible Smart ESC and telemetry-capable Spektrum DSMX transmitter, the AR631+ enables one-wire Smart Throttle operation. The throttle port (Channel 1) automatically detects a Smart ESC and allows telemetry data such as voltage, current, temperature and RPM to be transmitted directly to your transmitter.

ESCs fitted with Smart and IC series connectors can also relay battery data from compatible Spektrum Smart batteries. Spektrum Avian™ ESCs are fully compatible with Smart features.

If a standard ESC is connected, the throttle port operates as a normal PWM output.

Note: Not compatible with Spektrum telemetry sensors.

Forward Programming

Configure AS3X+, SAFE and failsafe settings wirelessly through the Forward Programming menu on compatible Spektrum transmitters no computer or mobile device required.

Forward Programming not supported on DX6i, DX6G2 (EU), DX7, DX7S, DX7SE, DX7G2 (EU), DX8 and non-computer transmitters.

Installation Advantage – 230mm Antenna

The long 230mm antenna is ideal for installations where space is limited. For optimal reception, position the antenna at least 75mm away from batteries, ESCs and ignition systems. Use integrated flight log telemetry to verify signal quality during range testing.
