As part of the Archer Plus series, the SR8 benefits from enhanced anti-RF-interference performance for a more reliable RF connection. It supports both FrSky ACCESS and ACCST D16 modes, with the RF protocol smart-matched during the binding process.

The SR8 supports 8 high-precision PWM channels, alongside SBUS output with selectable 16-channel or 24-channel operation. An SBUS In port allows the receiver to be used as a primary receiver in a redundant setup with a compatible secondary FrSky receiver.

With FBUS and S.Port telemetry support, the SR8 can connect with compatible telemetry devices such as XACT servos and ADV sensors, helping simplify aircraft wiring. OTA firmware updates, external voltage detection and basic Black-Box flight data recording further enhance its functionality.
