BSI FOAM-CURE™ is a silicone-based, foam-safe adhesive specifically developed for use with EPP and EPO foams, making it an essential glue for modern foam RC models. Crystal clear when cured, it forms a flexible, shock-absorbing bond that is far more forgiving than traditional cyano (CA) adhesives.

Unlike CA, which cures rigid and brittle, FOAM-CURE™ remains flexible, allowing joints to absorb impacts and vibrations without cracking. While it is not an instant adhesive, it offers excellent working characteristics and predictable results. Initial set time is 15–30 minutes, with full strength achieved in 10–12 hours.

FOAM-CURE™ can be used as a contact-style adhesive for faster tack: apply to one surface, join briefly, separate and allow to air-dry for 5–10 minutes before rejoining. This provides sufficient tack strength to continue assembly. It is also an excellent canopy glue and will bond wood or plastic to foam.

How to Use
