Trade Accounts

Trade Accounts

We offer trade accounts for legitimate businesses.

If you’re interested in opening an online TRADE account, please contact us at sales@probuild-uk.com or use the online “Contact Us” section.

To open a Trade Account, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You own a physical model or hobby shop.

  • You are an online retailer with a live website currently selling model or hobby-related products.

  • You are not an eBay-only trader.

  • EU customers who provide a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT.

  • Non-EU customers will not be charged VAT.

  • All orders can be placed directly online. We allow back orders and ship all in-stock items the same day for orders placed before 1 p.m.

  • Orders can be paid by credit or debit card (online or over the phone), PayPal, or bank transfer.
