Below is our latest shipping information for shipping to the UK, Europe & Rest Of World.

Please note that we only ship products that have a tracking code so we & you the customer can track where your parcel is at. 

At Probuild we always try and use the most cost effective but most secure way of getting our products to you in the shortest possible time. We use business post for delivery of engines & JR Radio to our customers. They are fully insured and offer complete tracking service to us & our customers. Business Post also handle our UK delivery of model aircraft kits to the UK.

 

 Royal mail deal with the majority of our parcel delivery service, We will send items out sign for delivery which is normally next working day in the UK but you can request for royal mail special delivery if you are keen for your product to arrive either next working day or secure peace of mind shipping where you can track your parcels movments online. You can request a tracking code for your parcel by simply emailing us any time.

 

Expd International handle the delivery of kits and Large engines to our customers outside the UK, They offer full online tracking of your parcels movement as it passes through each country and into your countries international parcel terminal.

We finally use Royal Mail to deliver many of our smaller items to countries outside of the UK, it offers an afordable but secure service to many countries around the world. Your parcel will be insured & have a tracking code so we can make sure that your parcel arrives safe with you.

 

Probuild will select the appropriate shipping method for your parcel, Our decision will be based on size, weight & location. You can of course request one of our services and we will as ever try our absolute best to meet your demands.

 

Returns

 Returns will only be accepted with after calling us for authorisation, Do not just send the good back. This can be obtained by emailing us at probuildaircraft@btinternet.com or calling us on 01258 452020 Conditions of return are as follows:


Item must be in it’s original unopened packaging
Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser (we recommend Recorded Delivery we are not liable for items we have not received)
There will be no restocking fee for returned item, however postage will not be refunded.
