he very latest version of the Sceadu series draws its inspiration (and a lot of very similar parts) from the awesome Turbulence D3. Hirobo has used the experience gained from 3D competiton and brought you an affordable 50 size machine that can really push the flight envelope and your skills to the limit.
The entirely new FZ-5 rotor head uses the same basic design of the Turbulence head but adds the durability of engineering plastic for everyday use. It has been specifically designed with the 3D pilot in mind to give rapid response yet still retain the feel needed for precision and hovering stability.
Rotor Head Features:
*Maximum 30 deg pitch stroke possible for 3D setup
*Wide range of setup setttings from beginner to 3D
*Feathering Spindle now same size as 90 size SSZ-4 head.
*2pc Plastic Yoke is the same size as SSZ-4 yoke.
*SSZ-4 Yoke can be used as an option.
*New blade holder with 8mm thrust bearing.
*The Aluminium centre hub is the same size as the SSZ-4
*SSZ-4 centre hub can be used as an option item.
*SSZ-4 seesaw, mixing arm and slide block can be used as option items.
*New 120/135 degree swashplate with increased internal bearing diameter from 20 to 25mm. Permits approximately 60% more movement but without control interaction.
*New Turbulence style tail housing and blade holders plus new tail blades for better tail power and control.
*Modified main frames to accept 120 and 135 deg SWM system, undercarriage support ribs for greater strength and additional tank mounts (optional tank)
*New lower height undercarriage skids
*New SWM linkage parts for both 120 and 135 deg systems. Servo layouts/ mounts also changed making this much more than a simple Sceadu *upgrade. Now similar to the Eagle 3 and Turbulence
*Rudder servo can now front mounted.
*New, attractive Decal set
